Kid Rock Cancels Knoxville Show

Illness kept Kid Rock from taking the stage Wednesday night in Knoxville, but it wasn't for lack of trying.

He wrote on his website:

I'm sick. I have been sick since after the Nashville show. I have done every shot and steroid to get better and have only gone more downhill. Time to take care of me. Hopefully be better by Memphis. Off to doctor to get more tests done. I hate this bullshit. Sorry.

He is scheduled to perform in Memphis on Friday.

Thursday, Kid Rock updated his condition with this post:

Feeling better!! 100%?? No, but I am somewhere in the 90's (hopefully be 100 tomorrow! Dr. says it is my call if I wanna head back out on the road tomorrow - so guess what - I'll see you Mo'Fo's in Memphis. Goodnight.

Kid Rock and Buckcherry are scheduled to play the Sioux Falls Arena, March 18.
