Joe Walsh: One Download At A Time [VIDEO]

Joe Walsh is offering up free download on his website of his new single, "One Day at a Time," off his latest album, Analog Man. He has posted a note saying, "This song is about my path out of the darkness of drug addiction and alcoholism. The message is that there is a way out and a new life waiting in recovery that is good. The first step is to ask for help..."And, to get you on your way, he has included a few helpful links, which he says he is doing "because if it helps one person -- it was worth it. It's by giving back that we receive and I am eternally grateful for my sobriety and my life today." Walsh has also filmed a video for the song, which is also on his site.

Walsh is in New Jersey Wednesday night for the Love for Levon benefit and tribute to the late Levon Helm, who he played with in Ringo Starr's first All-Starr Band.
