Jimmy Page has provided more details about the kind of bonus material that'll be added when his remastered versions of Led Zeppelin's catalog are rolled out starting next year. He tells Rolling Stone that it "will be really substantial stuff" and not "any old flotsam and jetsam."

Although there aren't thought to be many unreleased songs, Page says there are "different versions of things [and] different approaches to the mixes" that will enable fans to "witness the work in progress" of the band's classic albums. He also mentions plans to mine the band's archive of live recordings and possibly even include bonus film footage. He sums up the band's entire catalog -- both released and unreleased --by saying, "all of it is good. It has its own character and validity."
