Jerry Garcia Archive Releases Coming

The first release from the late Jerry Garcia’s Garcia Live series is now available. Recorded on March 1st, 1980 at the Capitol Theatre in Passaic, New Jersey, the show marked the end of a three-week tour by the Jerry Garcia Band. He did two shows that day, with the first being broadcast on the legendary WNEW-FM in New York. Among the highlights are “Deal,” “That’s What Love Will Make You Do” and a take on Jimmie Rodgers’ “That’s All Right.” Garcia Live: Volume One is available at Amazon and iTunes.
