Sioux Falls Police sent out a Hazmat team to respond to a call for a suspicious white powdery substance just before 3pm Thursday afternoon.  

According to scanner reports, the Wells Fargo at 3401 N. 4th Avenue called police when a suspicious white powdery substance in an envelope was discovered.

The Hazmat team’s Anthrax test came back negative, but it was not immediately revealed what was in the envelope.
