I will be the first to tell you going to the gym and working out is not part of my daily routine.  Weekly or monthly for that matter!

Even if I did the last thing you would hear from me is embellishing on how much weight I benched or distance I walked or how many laps I swam.

Not so for many of you.

Don't become an Exercise Exaggerator!

Female First recently found one in three people usually lie to their friends and coworkers about what they did during their workout.

And when someone talks about how far they ran, the average person exaggerates by around 1.25 miles.  20% of people lie about being sore to make it sound like they worked out harder than they did.

25% have taken a gym bag to the office even though they have NO plans to actually work out after work.
