If you have any Hy-Vee Summer Fresh Pasta Salad, you're going to want to not eat that due to possible Listeria contamination.

In a release, Hy-Vee said it was notified the frozen vegetables used to make the ready-to-eat pasta were potentially contaminated with the bacteria Listeria.

The recalled pasta is packaged upon customer request from the kitchen cold case and is also available from the salad bar.

The Summer Fresh Pasta Salad was in stores between April 9 and April 27. The salad has already been removed from stores in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota.

Customers who purchased the Salad from the Hy-Vee kitchen department cold case or salad bar between April 9 & April 27, 2015 should dispose of it or return it to the store for a refund.
