If you're actively looking for a new home or just constantly daydreaming about one, (like me), you should take the Spring Parade of Homes Tour. Maybe you're just looking for ideas for a new kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom, or entertainment cave. . .all good reasons to take this tour.

The parade spans two weekends; May 10-12 & 17-19 with 75 homes built by over 45 HBASE members. You can tour homes in Sioux Falls, Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea and Lake Madison, all for free!  The homes will be open Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Mondays from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m .

The beautiful homes on this spring's tour range in price from $135,000 to over a million and feature some of the hottest trends in the home building industry. How about a four-season room with back-to-back fireplaces, or a wine cellar, heated lower level floors and so many more features to see on this Parade of Homes Spring Tour.

The HBASE have also gotten together to build the Home Builders Care Foundation Charity Home off of 69th, between Western & Minnesota avenues, (the home's address is 1317 W. Wiclow Court, home #32). The sale of this home will fund the charitable arm of the HBASE which donates scholarships, tools for schools and materials for the annual Repair Affair here in Sioux Falls.

So get out and do some dreaming, or shopping, at the Spring Parade of Homes! For more info, including maps- - click here and here.
