July 12 (Friday)…GREATEST SHOW ON H20…At Catfish Bay Waterski Park, I-90, exit 399.  7pm.

July 12 (Friday)…SIOUX FALLS CANARIES…7:05pm at the Birdcage.  The Canaries host the Sioux City Explorers.

July 12 (Friday)…FAMILY FISHING…6-9pm at FamilyPark, located near West 12^th and Tea/Ellis Road.  The Outdoor Campus and the Sioux Falls Park and Rec will host the free fishing event.  They’ll supply the rods, reels and bait on a first-come, first-served basis.  Fishing licenses are required for anyone 16 and over.

July 12, 13 (Fri, Sat)…THUNDER IN THE VALLEY…Outlaw extreme national truck and tractor pull in Rock Valley,Iowa.  7pm Friday and 6pm Saturday.

July 12, 13, 14 (Fri, Sat, Sun)…HOT HARLEY NIGHTS…A benefit for Make a Wish.  Friday’s events include a ride-in bike show at J&L Harley Davidson with live music, food and beverage vendors.   Saturday’s events include live music at J&L, a casino run, police-escorted motorcycle parade at 6pm and live music in downtown Sioux Falls starting at 7:30pm with Jukebox Zeroes.  Sunday’s events include a pancake feed at J&L and an outdoor church service.  There's a new parade route.  Click here for details.

July 13 (Saturday)…SOUNDS AT THE FALLS…Free musical entertainment from 7-9pm at the Queen Bee Mill in FallsPark.  Limited seating is available, bring your own chairs.  This week’s entertainment is Bang Tail featuring country music.  (In case of inclement weather, the show will be cancelled at 5pm.  Like Sioux FallsParksand Recreation on Facebook and know the status of the show.

July 13 (Saturday)...SOUTH DAKOTA ACHIEVE 5K RUN/WALK…The race begins and ends at Family Wellness.  All proceeds will benefit people supported by Achieve.

July 13, 14 (Sat, Sun)…BROOKINGS SUMMER ARTS FESTIVAL…Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-5pm at PioneerParkin Brookings.  200 top national artists, food booths, regional products area, antique and collectable booths, historic displays and old west booths and more.

July 14 (Sunday)…SIOUX FALLS MUNICIPAL BAND…3pm at McKennanParkBandshell.  The theme is Fancies of Flight.  8pm at Terrace Park Bandshell with the theme:  Trumpets Triumphant.
