Halloween Decorations Spur 911 Calls

An Oklahoma man had the police called to his home when his Halloween decorations were thought to be a crime scene. Johnnie Mullins put a bloodied fake body underneath his garage door. Rebecca Feuntes was horrified when she saw the body and thought it was an actual crime scene. She called police to report the incident. Mullins explained that he was, "Just trying to scare people". Police has a good laugh when the arrived at his house. Mullins wasn't charged with anything since he didn't technically do anything wrong. He added a second body to his driveway, which makes them look more fake.
