Guitar Played by Lennon & Harrison at Auction

A unique Beatles guitar is going on the auction block. The custom made VOX is notable since both John Lennon and George Harrison were documented played it. Huffington Post notes that Harrison can be seen rehearsing with it on "I Am the Walrus" as Magical Mystery Tour was shot in September 1967. Lennon also played it in the promotional video for "Hello, Goodbye" -- but not in the final version of the video.

The guitar is expected to bring in between $200,000 and $300,000. Julien's of Beverly Hills will handle the bidding on May 18th.
