Gregg Allman to Record, Tour This Fall

Gregg Allman seems eager to show that he is finally feeling like his old self following a long battle with hepatitis C as he's announced a short fall solo tour to follow a string of Allman Brothers shows.

Allman also says he's started to write music for a new album and hopes to return to the recording studio later this year as well.
