For the first time in 22 years, Ben and I by mutual agreement are foregoing our yearly Christmas gift exchange. I'd like to think I've come up with some fun things for him over the years, but I am certainly no expert on what to buy men for gifts. However, I do know how to seek out people who might just have some reasonably good ideas.

Here then are some fun, unique and even classy gift ideas for the men in your life.

  1. Wood Hammer Multi-tool Kit -$19.95- a cool little gadget shaped like a hammer with 10 handy tools. Get it here.
  2. A Golf Ball Personalizer- $22- imprints your golfer's 3 initials in minutes. Available from Restoration Hardware.
  3. "Whisky" or "Gin"-The Manuals- $19.99- both books from award-winning author & spirits expert Dave Broom could make your guy look like an expert--at something! Check your local bookstores or find here.
  4. Travel Charger-$49- There isn't a guy alive who won't appreciate this handy-dandy item! He can charge up to 4 devices at the same time, while it only uses one outlet and it rolls up into a convenient canvas mat. You will also find this at Restoration Hardware.
  5. Sandalwood Shaving Starter Kit - $30.00 - from The Art of Shaving offers the 4 essential elements for a perfect shave, smells great and might even give him an enjoyable shaving experience. (Now if you could only get him to stop using your razor!)
  6. Hot Dog Maker - $40 - or Darth Vader toaster - $60- both from Urban Outfitters. The little red Snoopy Hot Dog Maker is so cute I wouldn't mind having it for myself! It makes two hot dogs and two perfectly toasted buns at the same time. The toaster  in the shape of Lord Vader's head imprints your toast with the words "Star Wars".

There! Just a few items your guy won't mind finding under the tree! If you need even more ideas, click here or here.
