The Annual Great Plains Zoo and Delbridge Museum Jungle Jubilee is this Thursday, July 23rd beginning at 5:30 PM.

Jungle Jubilee is the Zoo’s annual fundraiser.  Each year Jungle Jubilee is set in the middle of the zoo campus surrounded by the sounds of gibbons, penguins marching around, parrots talking to the guests and the occasional snake.

The event itself is very unique but one of the things that keeps guests coming back year after year are the very unique animal encounters that aren’t part of a typical zoo experience.

For example, last year you could pet a great big python, watch as Humboldt Penguins waddling through the crowd and feed Lemurs during a training demonstration.

Jungle Jubilee is also a great opportunity to bid on some awesome experiences and items like vacations or one-of-a-kind artwork. You can even bid for a chance to paint with a Penguin or have a private dinner with Snow Monkeys.

Plenty of Jungle Jubilee tickets are still available. Visit www.greatzoo.org to reserve your ticket or your table today.

The annual summer fundraising gala features fine wines, delicious food, and one of the area's premier live and silent auctions. Dance to live music from East of Westreville. Bid on exclusive vacation packages, unique paintings and art pieces, luxurious spa baskets, and more. Feed an ape or watch a lemur training with a Zookeeper.  See ya there!
