Back in September, writer/director David Ayer ('End of Watch') promised we'd see a "reinvented" Arnold Schwarzenegger in his upcoming movie 'Ten.' "I'm going to transform him," said Ayer. Well now you can get a first look at Schwarzenegger's transformation.

In the film, Schwarzenegger plays the leader of a DEA tactical team. This does not seem out of Schwarzenegger's wheelhouse but the actor tweeted the first photo from the film and it is a different look for the action superstar. Said Arnold on Twitter: "I'm having a great time working with @DavidAyerMovies on my new movie, Ten. Check out my look."

It is a new look for Arnold and I don't just mean the jet black hair. He's also sporting some mean tattoos. And Ayer promises this isn't a heightened version of Schwarzenegger a la 'The Expendables 2.'

In ‘Ten’, an elite DEA task force deals with the world’s deadliest drug cartels. Specializing in complex mobile operations, the team executes a tactical raid on a cartel safe house. What looks to be a typical raid turns out to be an elaborate theft operation, pre-planned by the DEA squad. After hiding millions in stolen cash, the team believes their secret is safe – until someone begins assassinating them one by one.

'Ten' is set to hit theaters in late-2013. Check out the first photo below.
