Enjoy the art, entertainment, shopping, and food in downtown Sioux Falls. The Downtown Block Party starts at 5:30pm featuring music from Paul Thorn and the Blind Boys of Alabama. Free admission to the Kirby Science Discovery Center and Visual Arts Center at the Washington Pavilion. Street musicians on the Phillips Avenue Plaza featuring Bridget Boen. Animals on the Amphitheater at 11am.
