Eric Clapton may sometimes appear to be a stoic Brit, but he does have a sense of humor. That was evident Tuesday night in Manchester, England when he was joined by British comedian Peter Kay, who is known for playing air guitar.

Clapton brought out Kay's double shovel and had him join in "Sunshine of Your Love," even allowing him to sing. Clapton starts a seven-night stand at London's Royal Albert Hall on Friday.
