On my show "Overtime" each week we have a "Skrewed Up Dude of the Week" and this dude is he epitome of what the weekly honor embodies.
First of all its funny. Secondly it's scary because even though this ding dong didn't get seriously injured, skating through streets while intoxicated can easily get you killed.
