Dominique Ansel, the creator of the buzz-tastic cronut, a cross between a croissant and a doughnut, has come up with a new creation -- a Frozen S'More. It's made up of vanilla custard ice cream covered in chocolate feuilletine wafers for crunch and encased in a large marshmallow. Once you order it, you wait while the dessert is individually finished by being torched to caramelize the marshmallow's outside, and it's then served on a branch smoked over applewood chips to give it a campfire smell. The heat speeds up the melting of the ice cream, so the center is soft and crunchy when you bite through the marshmallow. As for the cronut, it's still going strong, with people continuing to line up more than two hours before Ansel's Manhattan bakery opens to get one. Only 200 cronuts are made each day, and each person is only allowed to buy two of them at a time.
