A Sioux Falls man grabbed a quick lunch on Wednesday without paying for it and got arrested.

"We had an individual who walked into a local business," according to Sioux Falls Police Captain Loren McManus.

"He grabbed two burritos off the counter. He was going to walk out the door and not pay for the food. The shop owner basically confronted him and said you need to pay for those. He responded by telling the owner he wasn't going to pay and was going outside to eat them. The shop owner said he was going to call the cops. The gentleman said that's fine and I'll be outside eating them which is exactly where the cops found him when they arrived. In fact he even asked the cops if they had anything to drink for him."

McManus says 22-year-old Gregorio Flores was taken to jail on shoplifting charges.
