Cordarrelle Patterson to Pro Bowl, Offensive Rookie of Month
Cordadarelle Patterson capped off a stellar December with a few honors.
Patterson was named NFC offensive player of the month and was selected to his first Pro Bowl as a rookie. Patterson was also named as the kick returner on the NFL's All-Pro team.
The Vikings first-round draft pick set their franchise record for return yards, and was the first Vikings player to have a rushing, receiving and return touchdown.
He had six touchdowns in his final five games and was the first rookie since Roger Craig with three rushing and receiving touchdowns in a month.
All in all, he had 45 receptions for 469 yards, and four touchdowns. For rushing yards, he had 12 carries for 158 yards and three touchdowns. In the return game, he had 1,393 kick return yards, and returned two kickoffs for touchdowns.
