If your life-long dream has been to own a clown-themed motel in rural Nevada - today's your day.

The owner of the Clown Motel in Tonopah has decided it's time to retire. He says after 22 years he's ready to "enjoy some free time with his wife, kids and grandkids."

There's only stipulation if you're interested in purchasing his motel - all 600 of the clown figurines and paintings have to stay - including all the life-size mannequins.

You wouldn't be buying just any old clown motel. In 2015 this motel was featured in an episode of the TV show "Ghost Adventures."

The episode shows blurry footage of a life-sized clown mannequin sitting by the front desk - and supposedly the mannequin's hand moves on its own.

No word on the asking price. All the owner says is he hopes to sell the motel within a month.
