A former South Dakota National Guard member has pleaded guilty in a distracted driving case that killed a Minnesota cyclist.

Christopher Weber, 25, of Brandon entered the plea on Monday in Rock County Court in Luverne, Minnesota to Criminal Vehicular Homicide. Prosecutors say he will be sentenced in December to 360 days in jail over three years and 300 hours of community service.

The crash killed 33-year-old Andrea Boeve of Steen.
