Let's face it, some devices in your kitchen are more versatile than others.  Your blender, mixer, and electric griddle offer you a multitude of possibilities for any number of food items.

Other devices are one trick ponies.

But one seemingly single-minded device is now being looked at in a completely different way by the folks at Buzz Feed.

Your trusty, old waffle iron may just be your secret to unlocking all kinds of mashed up meals in you kitchen, although as this video shows, it's not for every dish:

I am so there with the cinnamon rolls, quesadilla, frozen chicken.  I know my wife is going to flip for the tater tots.

I must admit though, the failure of the cookie dough and brownie batter, kind of tarnished the moment for me.  I REALLY wanted those two to work?
