‘Boys Night’ Keeps Men Healthy
According to a new study from Oxford University, men need to meet up and hang out with their friends at least twice a week in order to be truly healthy.
The researchers suggest activities like going to a bar for a beer or playing sports.
Apparently, guys who maintain social groups are healthier, recover from illness more quickly, and lead richer lives.
Funny. We didn’t need an Oxford University study to tell us what we already knew. We get together at least once or twice a week. It’s important to have ‘family’ like this. People you trust, people you love, people you have fun with, people you want to spend time with. Yep, life is definitely great when you have a great group of friends.
