David Bowie is giving fans another taste and look at material from his new album, The Next Day, with the release of its second single and video, "The Stars (Are Out Tonight)" on Monday.

The track is now available at iTunes and the video is streaming on YouTube via VEVO. The clip was directed by Floria Sigismondi, who lensed previous Bowie videos "Little Wonder" in 1996 and "Dead Man Walking" in '97.

The latest clip, which is as bizarre as a David Lynch movie, features Bowie along with female lookalike, actress Tilda Swinton, who plays Bowie's wife. Norwegian model Iselin Steiro also appears, playing a younger version of the Thin White Duke.

The Next Day is out on March 11th.
