Months ago, 'Bored to Death' fans were disappointed, though not altogether surprised to learn that HBO had opted not to produce a fourth season of the critically acclaimed, yet underrated and star-studded series. As with any cancelled TV series, talk of a revival movie immediately began, but now it seems HBO has officially added a 'Bored to Death' movie to its development slate! Find out who will return for a potential 'Bored to Death' movie inside!

Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, Zach Galifianakis and a host of celebrity guest stars may not have attracted enough audience to merit a fourth season of HBO's noir comedy 'Bored to Death,' but that isn't stopping a potential movie from moving forward. Deadline reports that HBO has officially placed a 'Bored to Death' movie under development to be written by original creator/executive producer and author Jonathan Ames.

Executive produced along with Sarah Condon and Stephanie Davis, a 'Bored to Death' movie would seek to return the same core cast of Jason Schwartzman, Ted Danson, and Zach Galifianakis, though no deals have yet been struck for any of the three. Optimistically, each actor previously expressed interest in reviving the series for a proper resolution.

Well, what say you? Do you think 'Bored to Death' deserves a movie to wrap things up? Will the original stars agree to reprise their roles? Sound off in the comments!
