UPDATE October 28: Lincoln County Sheriff Dennis Johnson says the body found in a Lincoln County, South Dakota ditch Sunday morning was the victim of a Sioux City, Iowa murder before being dumped along a gravel road in South Dakota. 20-year old Adrian Rojas Hernandez of Sioux City has been identified as the victim.

The Sioux City Journal is reporting that Police there are looking for 20-year old Martin Castellanos. Castellanos is suspected of killing the man early Sunday. He might be driving a silver Audi A4 with an Iowa license plate 892 YSD.

Hernandez was shot in the head in Sioux City early Sunday morning. It appears Castellanos also attempted to burn the body which was found by a  passerby between Highway 115 and Highway 11 on 281st Street, Sunday morning (October 27).

22-year old Ricardo Jaime Vital of Sioux City has been arrested and charged as an accessory. Vital says he saw Castellanos shoot Hernandez in the head. Vital also drove the car and helped dispose of the body. Vital made his first court appearance in Sioux City Monday and is being held on $4,000 bail. Castellanos remains at large.
