The Marley family has reached an out-of-court settlement with Bob Marley's half-brother over his use of the late singer's likeness to promote a line of products. TMZ reports that Bob's widow, Rita Marley, and nine Marley children have dropped their trademark-infringement suit against Richard Booker, who had claimed that he had received permission from Bob to use his name and image in the days before he died.
