Mick Ralphs says Bad Company will be working again in 2014. After their 40th anniversary tour this year in the U.S., on which they shared many dates with Lynyrd Skynyrd, they're hoping to bring that co-headlining tour to Europe next year.

Ralphs also tells us he has a few songs and is hopeful that Bad Company will record some of them -- but he adds that it may be tough because singer Paul Rodgers lives in Western Canada, drummer Simon Kirke is in New York and Ralphs is in England. Bad Company's last studio recordings were two songs tacked onto their 2002 release In Concert: Merchants of Cool -- "Joe Fabulous" and "Saving Grace."
