Another daylight bank robbery has occurred in the southwestern portion of Sioux Falls, this time at First National Bank at 26th and Sertoma on Tuesday (November 15) at approximately 9:15 AM.

According to KDLT News, Sioux Falls Police are searching for two suspects involved in the robbery.

One suspect was described as a tall white man weighing approximately 200 pounds. Suspect number two was described as approximately five feet nine inches and up to 300 pounds.  He was wearing a mask and wig. They drove away with cash in a dark colored newer model Audi.

Officer Sam Clemens with the Sioux Falls Police Department says although the robbery at the Dacotah Bank nearby on November 2 is similar in regards to the time of day and region of the city, Clemens says they are not believed to be related:

I know that there was a bank robbery just down the street but the descriptions are not even close to the same, so it’s likely it is not the same people.

There were no injuries and the investigation continues, including reviewing surveillance video.
