Approximately a week after Sioux Falls Police made a traffic stop that resulted in a five-figure value drug bust, Aberdeen Police have done the same.

What makes the two cases differ are the type of narcotic, the estimated value and the people involved. The Sioux Falls bust had three teenagers collared for possessing almost $11,000 worth of cocaine on Saturday December 5.

On Sunday December 13, Aberdeen Police nabbed 34 year-old Clayton Habedank and 25 year-old Kirstie Triden with 4.3 ounces of methamphetamine plus some marijuana. Estimated value of the meth is $25,000.

Both Habedank and Triden are charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Habedank also had multiple other warrants out for him in Brown County for various offenses.
