For a lot of people the new year means trying to be healthier. Whether that means going to the gym or eating differently or a combination of both.

So, I guess the all celery diet isn't a good idea. But on a happier note, you can give your kids all the sugar they want because it doesn't make them hyper or cause diabetes. LOL

Seriously though, I think we all know that just eating smaller portions and eating more nutritious foods while moving more is the key to a healthier you!
