27 Stores Checked, One Violator in Sioux Falls Liquor Check
Police say one business in Sioux Falls failed a compliance check on Tuesday.
Detectives say 27 businesses with off-sale licenses were checked, and the business that failed was JD's Liquor Locker, at 4719 East 26th Street.
The clerk who made the sale to the underage person was cited for furnishing alcohol to a person 18-to-20 years old, and will be required to appear in court.
